How does the 6-hour service window work?

Every package includes up to 6 hours of on-site service. Most events naturally wrap up coffee service in 2-3 hours, but the full window is yours at no extra charge. This is especially valuable for conferences and conventions that run all day. You're paying for peace of mind, not watching the clock.

What's included in the "full menu"?

Tier 2 and Tier 3 include our full espresso menu: lattes, cappuccinos, americanos, espresso shots, black coffee, and matcha lattes. Tier 1 includes espresso drinks and black coffee. All coffee is freshly roasted in-house by Slow Ride Coffee.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

We offer oat milk, almond milk, and other non-dairy alternatives. Sugar-free syrups are also available. Let us know your needs when booking and we'll make sure every guest is taken care of.

How does the branded cart wrap work?

We'll work with you to display your company logo and branding on the cart. Just send us your logo files and brand guidelines, and we'll handle the rest. The cart becomes a seamless extension of your event's visual identity.

What is the Ripple Maker?

The Ripple Maker is a precision device that prints custom designs — your logo, event hashtag, or any image — directly onto the foam of every latte. It's a conversation starter and social media magnet that turns each cup into a branded moment your guests will photograph and share.
